SERVICES SDN.BHD. was incorporated on 10th December 2003 is mainly to
meet the rapid increasing demand from the commercial and industry sectors for
the security services provided security company that has the capacity and
ability to take preventative measure to work in hand with Polis Diraja Malaysia
to reduce crime rate in our country.
SHELTER SECURITY
SERVICES SDN.BHD. is headed by our Managing Director Zainal
Abidin Bin Md Kasim with the strong support from The Executive Director, En
Jalaludeen bin Sulthan. The operation
is under the supervision of our vast experience Operations Director Lt. Kol (B)
Norhashimi bin Ujang. The
administration and financial department is headed by Finance and Administration
Director, Puan Azizah Binti Abdul Rahman.
With the name SHELTER, we are
committed to provide shelter to everyone
under our clientele. Supported by
the experience expertise and commitment of men and women who have had prior
working experience in other security companies and the service industry
complimented by the presence of ex - Police and ex – Army personnel, SHELTER
SECURITY is confident to provide for a reliable and dependable security services with customer
needs and satisfaction .

STRUCTURE
The
company is headed by Zainal Abidin bin Md. Kasim, the Managing Director and En
Jalaludeen bin Sulthan, the Executive Director who has the destination to bring
up the company to one of the most fastest growing and developing company in the
security industry.

supporting the security services provided for the clientele the company carries
the following insurance policies as is required by Kementerian Keselamatan
Dalam Negeri (KKDN) underwritten by the Hong Leong Assurance Berhad Company
aimed at providing the clientele with an even protection as compared to that as
offered by our competitors.

TRAINING PROGRAMS
It
is the practice of SHELTER SECURITY to conduct training sessions for our
currently employed security personnel at the regularity of twice a month in all
our branches and to ensure that all security personnel irrespective of
seniority and rank attends the training sessions no less than once every
quarter in addition to that as provided for by the patrolling Officers and
supervisors whilst on the assignments.
OPERATION – SHELTER SECURITY
Our
security personnel are required to be finger printed and vetted by Police
Diraja Malaysia to ensure that they have no previous criminal records or have
not indulge in any criminal activity are of good trustworthy character and are
Malaysia citizen. In addition our
requirement criteria also ensures that the selected candidates are of sound
mind and physically fit and are below the age of 60 years prior to the
deployment for security services.
Prior
to deployment to the various assignments newly recruited personnel are provided
with a comprehensive training program encompassing the various aspects and
functions of a security personnel. In addition training is continuously
provided throughout their career with SHELTER SECURITY to ensure that quality
service is diligently performed at all times. Our security personnel are
supervised and supported by a highly experienced committed and professional
team of supervisors which includes that of members of the ex – military and
police personnel.
As
a standard feature in the provision of security guard services on a 24 hours
daily basis inclusive of Sundays and Public Holidays our supervisors and
Officers patrol and assignments daily and nightly to ensure of the quality
reliability and regularity of services. Patrolling Supervisors and Officers are
equipped with the telecommunication equipment’s to facilitate immediate and
instantaneous which is crucial in the provision of security services.
